Investment firm Orange Juice Holdings has announced the successful raising of US$40 million (equivalent to IDR 640 billion). This fresh capital is targeted toward acquiring a number of small companies in the United States with annual revenues ranging from US$1 million to US$10 million.

Co-founded by prominent financial analyst Lyn Alden, Orange Juice Holdings adopts a business strategy that integrates the real sector with digital assets. After acquiring target companies, they will introduce artificial intelligence (AI) technology to boost operational efficiency. Interestingly, all net profits generated will subsequently be converted into and held as Bitcoin.

This innovative move has also received full backing from billionaire Ricardo Salinas. Moving forward, the company plans to list on the stock exchange as a public holding company. This strategy is designed so that investors can enjoy dividends from conventional business cash flows while gaining direct exposure to the Bitcoin reserves accumulated by the company.
