PT Multi Makmur Lemindo Tbk. (PIPA) is now preparing to enter a new chapter in its business development. The company has officially obtained approval from shareholders to carry out a capital increase through the Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD) mechanism, or rights issue.

This strategic decision was approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on June 25, 2026. President Director of PIPA, Noprian Fadli, explained that this step is part of the company's efforts to strengthen its capital structure while supporting a more massive business expansion agenda, especially following the entry of PT Morris Capital Indonesia (MCI) as the new controlling shareholder.

In the EGMS, shareholders also granted full mandate to the board of directors to make technical preparations related to the implementation of this corporate action. In addition to the funding plan, the meeting also approved the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year with an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Public Accounting Firm Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono dan Rekan, reflecting the successful transition of corporate governance.

Although the agenda related to the rights issue has been approved, the company still needs to resolve several other agendas, such as changes to the company name, domicile, and an increase in authorized capital. Due to not meeting the quorum in the previous meeting, the management has scheduled a second EGMS on July 8, 2026, to finalize these agendas.
