PT Sepeda Bersama Indonesia Tbk (BIKE) has officially announced a change in its corporate identity to PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk. This strategic decision was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on Thursday (2/7/2026).
More than just a name change, the company also introduced a new logo symbolizing a new chapter in its operations. This step is an integral part of the company's business transformation strategy to navigate a more adaptive future direction for business development.
President Director Eric Kusuma explained that this change of identity reflects the company's new vision and focus in strengthening competitiveness. According to him, this momentum marks an important milestone for the company to achieve sustainable growth and expand into broader business diversification.
In addition to the identity transformation, the EGMS also established a new board structure. The Board of Directors is now led by Eric Kusuma as President Director, accompanied by Muhammad Kuswandi, Nadila Syafira, and Andrew Mulyadi. Meanwhile, the position of President Commissioner is held by Sendi, with Muhammad Reagy Sukmana serving as Independent Commissioner.
Management stated that this board restructuring aims to strengthen Good Corporate Governance while increasing flexibility in responding to market dynamics. With this new foundation, the company is optimistic about delivering greater added value to shareholders and all stakeholders.
