The Magetan Regency Government has officially established a strategic collaboration with three cross-sectoral institutions to simplify access to legal services for the community. This step was consolidated through the signing of a joint Memorandum of Agreement at Pendapa Surya Graha on Thursday (23/7/2026).
The three institutions partnered in this collaboration include the Religious Court (PA), the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag), and the Land Office (BPN) of Magetan Regency. Through this synergy, the four institutions are committed to building an information technology-based data integration system, specifically focused on handling Islamic civil law cases.
The Regent of Magetan, Nanik Endang Rusminiarti, revealed that this digitalization step was taken to eliminate bureaucratic barriers that have often inconvenienced residents. According to her, fragmented public services are frequently a real obstacle for the community, especially vulnerable groups such as women and children seeking justice.
With this single-gate data integration, the Magetan Regency Government is optimistic about realizing concrete bureaucratic reform. This effort is expected to produce public services that are not only fast and low-cost, but also transparent, effective, and just for all elements of society.
