Political Schools from three provinces, namely Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, and Lai Chau, have officially evaluated the success of their professional collaboration model, which has been active for the past three years. The primary focus of this cooperation is on strengthening the Faculty of State and Law by exchanging teaching experiences and scientific research to enhance the quality of cadre education at the intermediate level.
Since its implementation in 2024, this strategic partnership has generated various significant initiatives, ranging from inter-school lecture observations and cross-provincial scientific conferences to discussions on governance innovation. Culminating in 2026, the three institutions solidified their commitment through hybrid joint teaching, in reference to Decision No. 988-QD/HVCTQG of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
This joint teaching method applies collaborative principles where two lecturers from different institutions share responsibilities in a single lecture session. This approach is designed to create a more dynamic space for interaction between educators and students by integrating practical case studies and digital technology. This step is regarded as a crucial breakthrough in transforming the traditional learning model to make it more relevant to contemporary challenges.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Van Hang, Vice Rector of the Lao Cai Provincial Political School, emphasized that this model is a concrete solution to address the demands of bureaucratic reform and improve cadre competency. Through continuous evaluation, the three school units agreed to expand the scope of their collaboration, adopt digital transformation, and strengthen professional exchange mechanisms to ensure that the quality of regional cadre training continues to improve sustainably.
