The General Chairperson of TP PKK, Tri Tito Karnavian, delivered an important message to the youth in Tana Toraja to start equipping themselves to face the increasingly intense dynamics of global competition towards 2045. She highlighted that in the future, the main challenges will not only come from fellow humans but also from technological developments that have the potential to take over human roles in various sectors.
This statement was made on the sidelines of a series of events at the Makale Art Market, South Sulawesi, on Tuesday (7/7/2026). On that occasion, she encouraged young people not to limit their ambitions to the local scope but to dare to explore opportunities to work at the national and international levels.
Tri emphasized that the key to future success lies in the diversification of skills and competence, both through formal education pathways and independent talent development. She added that success does not always have to be achieved through formal employment, as long as the work is done with integrity and a spirit to continuously improve self-quality.
In addition to providing motivation, the event was also filled with education regarding the dangers of online loans, drug abuse, and the importance of nutrition through the movement promoting fish consumption. As a form of concrete support, the government handed over sports equipment packages to three high schools and recorded electronic identity cards (KTP-el) for a number of local students to support their educational future.
