Loka Padel, located in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), South Tangerang, successfully hosted its inaugural competition titled Loka Battleground Mini Tourney Vol. 1 on Saturday (4/7/2026). This tournament serves as a manifestation of the management's commitment to initiating a padel sports ecosystem that is not only competitive, but also family-friendly and open to all segments of society.
In the event that ran from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB, 16 pairs were selected to compete after a rigorous curation process from a total of 40 registered teams. The competition, specifically designated for the 'Men Fix Partner' category, was designed for players with 'upper beginner' to 'lower bronze' skill levels, creating a balanced competitive atmosphere while maintaining a warm sense of camaraderie among participants.
More than just a showcase of skills on the court, this tournament also marks a strategic step for Loka Padel BSD in expanding its community reach. One of the main highlights of the event was the introduction of a collaborative partnership between Loka Padel and Kopi Tuli (Koptul), which is expected to reinforce inclusivity values in sports activities across the South Tangerang region.
