Ahead of the knockout peak of the 2026 World Cup held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, adidas has officially introduced the Trionda Final. This ball is specially designed for exclusive use starting from the semifinals, the third-place play-off, to the highly anticipated final match.
As the successor to the official Trionda ball introduced last October, this Final variant maintains high performance standards. However, a significant change lies in its visual aesthetics, which are intentionally designed to reflect the grandeur of the world championship decider.
The design of the Trionda Final embodies the philosophy of the long journey toward the prestigious trophy. The dominance of the gold color is incorporated as a symbol of championship supremacy, while the black background provides a bold and authoritative impression, distinguishing it from the balls used in the group stage and early knockout rounds.
One unique aspect of this ball is the inclusion of typographical elements representing the host cities of the final rounds. The names Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and New York–New Jersey are prominently displayed on the ball's surface, while the other host cities are integrated through triangular graphic elements that reinforce the visual identity of the tournament in North America.
