PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) successfully maintained its business growth momentum at the beginning of 2026. Based on the first-quarter financial report, the property developer recorded a total revenue of Rp1.65 trillion, showing a 6 percent increase compared to the same period in the previous year, which stood at Rp1.56 trillion.
The revenue increase was also accompanied by a strengthening of the company's profitability performance. Gross profit jumped 10 percent year-on-year to Rp941 billion, up from Rp857 billion. Success in optimizing operations also boosted the company's EBITDA by 10 percent, from Rp834 billion to Rp916 billion.
This positive achievement reflects Pakuwon Jati's resilience amidst the dynamics of the national property market. Efficiency measures implemented throughout the beginning of the year proved effective in widening profit margins, while strengthening the company's financial position to support future strategic expansion plans.
