RANS Entertainment, a media company founded by Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, is taking a strategic step in the country's entertainment industry landscape. After successfully going public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), the company announced a capital allocation of IDR 161.5 billion, which will focus on developing the concert and event management business sectors.

The funds are planned to be used to increase operational capacity and strengthen the company's entertainment ecosystem. The primary focus of using these funds is to finance large-scale concert productions, both domestic and in collaboration with international artists, to solidify RANS' position as a key player in the live performance ecosystem.

In addition to expanding its concert business line, the company also plans to revitalize the creative infrastructure at its headquarters located in BSD, Tangerang. This move is seen as part of an effort to professionalize management to boost operational efficiency and the quality of content produced in the future.

With funding support from the capital market, RANS Entertainment is expected to have greater flexibility to penetrate the increasingly competitive entertainment industry market. This step marks a new chapter for the company to transform into a more measurable media corporation with transparent public accountability.
