Welcoming the celebration of the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, the Mount Kahung area located in Belangian Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency, will become the center of activities combining the spirit of nationalism with environmental preservation. Differing from typical celebrations, this series of events specifically emphasizes the aspect of natural sustainability.

A total of 200 climbers participating in this expedition will not only perform the Red and White Flag raising ceremony at the mountain peak. They are scheduled to be actively involved in the Kahung Anti-Waste Movement (GAS), a concrete initiative to educate outdoor enthusiasts on the importance of keeping hiking trails clean from non-organic waste.

This action is designed to change the mindset of climbers to be more responsible for the preservation of the mountain ecosystem. Through this movement, the organizers hope to realize a tourist area that implements a sustainable *zero waste* concept in the Mount Kahung region.
