PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH) has officially launched its Limited Public Offering I (PUT I) corporate action via the Rights Issue (HMETD) mechanism. This strategic step was taken after the company received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in late June 2026 to spur the growth of the financial technology business in the country.

In this corporate action, Cashlez is issuing 996.67 million new shares at an exercise price of IDR 238 per share. With this set price, the company aims to raise up to IDR 237.2 billion in fresh funds. Under the terms, every holder of 168 old shares registered as of July 10, 2026, is entitled to 117 pre-emptive rights to subscribe to the new shares.

Full support comes from the main shareholders, Andri Wijono Sutiono and Hasim Sutiono, who have committed to exercising all their rights. Both are even acting as standby buyers to absorb any remaining shares not taken up by other investors, with a funding commitment reaching IDR 77.2 billion.

Cashlez management explained that the proceeds from the rights issue will be prioritized for improving the financial structure, including debt repayment accounting for 45.44 percent. Meanwhile, 41.32 percent will focus on operational working capital, and the remaining 13.24 percent will be allocated for capital expenditure to enhance service infrastructure.

This corporate action is projected to strengthen Cashlez's business foundation, particularly in providing digital payment solutions for MSMEs. With a more solid capital structure, the company is optimistic about accelerating service reach while reinforcing its competitive position in the rapidly growing national digital economy ecosystem.
