PT Bank Kalteng has recorded a brilliant achievement on the national stage by winning the award for Best Regional Development Bank (BPD) in the IDR 20 trillion to IDR 40 trillion asset category at the Bisnis Indonesia Awards (BIA) 2026. The prestigious award was received directly by the President Director of Bank Kalteng, Maslipansyah, at the award night held in Jakarta on Thursday (2/7/2026).

With the theme 'Where Growth Meets Strength', the BIA 2026 event appreciated companies deemed successful in balancing business growth with strengthening fundamentals, good corporate governance, and operational resilience amidst global economic dynamics. Chairperson of the OJK Board of Commissioners, Friderica Widyasari Dewi, emphasized the importance of synergy between business growth and corporate adaptability in facing current market uncertainties.

This success is inseparable from the company's solid financial performance during the 2023–2025 period. Based on audited data, Bank Kalteng recorded a significant surge in total assets from IDR 16.8 trillion in 2024 to IDR 20.4 trillion in 2025. This positive trend was also followed by an increase in Third-Party Funds (DPK) to IDR 13.8 trillion and a rise in the company's net profit to IDR 368.5 billion.

Responding to this achievement, Maslipansyah stated that this award is a form of public trust as well as a challenge to continue improving. According to him, the management team must not become complacent, considering that competition in the banking industry will become increasingly complex in the future. He encouraged all Bank Kalteng employees to maintain a sense of urgency and discipline in every business decision-making process.

Furthermore, Maslipansyah emphasized that the bank's main focus at present is to maintain sustainability and service quality. For him, the trust of all stakeholders and the people of Central Kalimantan is the highest reward that must continue to be nurtured through corporate transformation and better operational efficiency.
