The Yonif TP 845/Ksatria Satam Health Company held a humanitarian action in the form of a mobile health check service for residents of Simpang Tiga Village, Simpang Pesak District, East Belitung Regency, on Wednesday (1/7/2026). This activity is a tangible form of the TNI's concern for the welfare of residents, especially the elderly and vulnerable community groups who have difficulty reaching health facilities in the city center.

Led directly by the Commander of the Yonif TP 845/Ksatria Satam Health Company, First Lieutenant CKM Edi Sumarna, this activity was held thanks to close collaboration with medical personnel from the Auxiliary Public Health Center (Pustu) of Simpang Tiga Village and the support of local village officials. Attending residents gained access to physical examinations, blood pressure checks, and medical consultation sessions free of charge.

In addition to providing medical services, the medical team also provided important education regarding the implementation of a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS). "Our main goal is to facilitate access to healthcare while strengthening the synergy between the TNI, medical personnel, and the community. We hope this early detection can help the community anticipate the risk of chronic diseases early on," said First Lieutenant CKM Edi Sumarna.

For residents identified with serious health problems, the medical team immediately provided referral letters to receive further treatment at more adequate health facilities. Yonif TP 845/Ksatria Satam is committed to continuing similar social service programs consistently across various areas on Belitung Island to continuously improve the community's health standard.
