Data from Stockbit recorded fairly active market activity with trading volume reaching 1.51 billion shares. Total transaction value was recorded at IDR 790.70 billion with a transaction frequency of 120,820 times. Statistically, 266 stocks rose, while 210 stocks corrected, and 485 other stocks remained stagnant.
Analysts from Samuel Sekuritas predict that the index movement will tend to be sideways throughout the day. Mixed market sentiment, both globally and regionally, is the main factor inhibiting the direction of the domestic stock market.
This condition occurred despite the US stock market (Wall Street) showing positive performance at the close of trading on Monday (6/7/2026). The Dow Jones Index even set a new historical record by closing above the 53,000 level, driven by gains in the semiconductor sector that triggered optimistic sentiment in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices.
On the other hand, the bond market showed a decline in the 10-year US Treasury yield to 4.469 percent. Meanwhile, the US Dollar Index is currently observed at 100.85, which is also a focus for market players monitoring global macroeconomic dynamics.
