PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten (Perseroda) Tbk has officially announced the effectiveness of Slamet Riyadi's appointment as the company's Business Director. This step was taken after the Financial Services Authority (OJK) granted official approval through the results of the Fit and Proper Test.
The decision is stated in OJK Letter Number SR-460/PB.13/2026 and the Decision of the OJK Board of Commissioners Member Number KEPR-115/D.03/2026, published on July 1, 2026. With this announcement, Slamet Riyadi officially carries out his strategic duties in strengthening the company's business line.
This appointment is a follow-up to the mandate given by shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on January 21, 2026. Since then, Slamet has been prepared to occupy the top position in Bank Banten's board of directors.
Slamet Riyadi has a solid background in the national banking industry. Beginning his professional career at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 1995, he has built extensive experience over more than three decades. His track record includes strategic positions at various leading financial institutions, including PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk and Bank Mega Syariah.
With proven experience in operations, information technology, and banking marketing strategy, Slamet Riyadi's presence is expected to make a significant contribution to accelerating Bank Banten's business growth amidst the increasingly dynamic competition in the financial industry.
