PTPN IV PalmCo has officially refreshed its regional management structure to drive the acceleration of sustainable business transformation. In this leadership transition, Argo has been appointed as the new Business Support Head at PTPN IV Regional III for the Riau operational area.
Prior to holding this strategic position, Argo served as the Head of the Corporate Strategy and Subsidiary Performance Control Division at PTPN IV PalmCo. He replaces Achmedi Akbar, who has received a new assignment to lead as Business Support Head at PTPN IV Regional IV in the Jambi region.
The handover of office ceremony took place solemnly at the Hang Tuah Room, PTPN IV Regional III Regional Office, Pekanbaru, Riau. The event was led directly by the Region Head of PTPN IV Regional III, Bambang Budi Santoso, and attended by the entire leadership of the entity previously widely known as PTPN V.
In his speech, Bambang Budi Santoso expressed deep appreciation for the dedication and contribution made by Achmedi Akbar during his tenure of approximately six and a half months in Regional III. Bambang noted that Achmedi's tactical inputs and leadership direction had a significant impact on stability and strengthening the internal organization in facing various operational challenges.
