PT Sucor Sekuritas is currently finalizing plans to bring two new companies to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2026. The securities firm is weighing the right execution timing, whether to do it in the second half of this year or shift to the first half of next year.
President Director of Sucor Sekuritas, Bernadus Setya Ananda Wijaya Laksana, revealed that this strategy is part of the company's agenda to strengthen its underwriting *pipeline*. "We have two candidate companies operating in the media and technology sectors," he said in Jakarta, Tuesday (7/7/2026).
This strategic move is taken amidst the company's busy activities in the initial public offering (IPO) process. Currently, Sucor Sekuritas is guiding PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), which successfully raised Rp239.4 billion through the release of 266 million shares. In addition, the company is also scheduled to act as the underwriter for PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (PRDL), which is set to list on July 9.
Responding to market conditions, Bernadus acknowledged dynamics in various sectors. He assessed that the healthcare sector remains a favorite for investors due to rising public awareness of quality of life. Conversely, the technology sector faces tougher challenges as investors currently tend to be more conservative, prioritizing assets with cash flow certainty amidst high interest rate policies.
Meanwhile, positive sentiment appears to surround JELI's debut shares. IDX trading data showed that investor enthusiasm remains strong, with JELI shares briefly hitting the upper *auto rejection* (ARA) limit at Rp1,125 during this afternoon's trading session.
